Restorative Workplace Processes

In this time of increased polarization and workplace conflicts, bring us in to work with your team or organization to resolve workplace harm, toxicity and inequity in a relational rather than punitive manner. Our restorative workplace processes bring together expertise in organizational culture practices, group conflict frameworks, trauma informed approaches and workplace wellness psychology– with our in-depth knowledge of systems of oppression and DEI. Processes range from a couple months to up to a couple years depending on the depth of conflict, the size of the team/organization and desired outcomes.
Each restorative process starts with a consultation with the team or organizational leadership to assess context, objectives, timeline and budget. From there, we offer a proposal including a combination of the following elements:
- One on one or group interviews;
- Initial Assessment report;
- Facilitated Listening Circles;
- Specialized skills training;
- Accountability structures;
- Improved communication processes;
- Performance Management coaching;
- Operational or policy recommendations.
