How to Collect and Use Inclusion Data in Organizations

We are at a point now where collecting demographic data is best practice in organizations so that diverse representation at staff and leadership levels can be benchmarked and growth measured. The question isn’t should we collect and use data, but how do we?

Anima Leadership draws on over twenty years of experience working with every level of government, legal organizations, post-secondary institutions and other sectors, to answer this question with practical, legal and strategic advice.  This two-session course is meant for those inside organizations who are contemplating data collection, are in the midst of the process or collect it regularly.  In an age of big tech, how we collect information about people– especially those with marginalized identities– is crucially important to building and sustaining psychologically safe workplaces.
