Facilitating Dialogue

Learn the emotional resilience and process skills needed to manage groups navigating sensitive, polarizing topics and to drive critical decision-making amid global uncertainty.

Using multiple dialogue formats, learn how to move groups from being nervous or divided toward collective intelligence and meaningful change. Founded on the core belief that powerful leadership starts “from the inside-out”, the ability to manage your own emotional state and reactions is the essential anchor for leading groups through complex challenges. This foundation is then applied to various group facilitation frameworks which can be used in low-stakes team meetings to emotional high-stakes topics that threaten to divide work teams.

• To learn comprehensive approaches to de-escalating tensions and inviting dialogue from all identities in the workplace.
