(* Must be in a formal organizational position leading DEI work. This forum is not for DEI consultants, facilitators or educators.)

Given the polarized political climate and the backlash against DEI initiatives and protections (or making DEI initiatives illegal), it’s an especially challenging time to be an equity leader within an organization. Anima is offering this three-session series to address this moment by gathering together DEI organizational leaders to share support and strategies to help us move forward—collectively rather than in isolation.
Each session will include thought leadership, group discussion and scenario discussions with a collated resource guide for participants at the end. We hope through these sessions we can create a community of practice to support DEI work in these dangerous political times.
Note: cameras will need to be on for these sessions.
**Depending on interest, there is an option of a follow-up series this fall.
Session Dates and Times:
- Tuesday, May 6th 2:30pm – 4 pm
- Tuesday, May 27th 2:30pm – 4pm
- Tuesday, June 17th 2:30pm – 4pm
***Please note that sessions will be recorded, but will only be shared with registered participants.
Fee for Series:
$299 USD for the three-part series. (Canadians to receive a 25% tariff relief discount which will automatically be applied on check-out)
Please note, spots are limited for this series. If a session is missed, participants will be able to access the session recording on the dashboard.
