(* Must be in a formal organizational position leading DEI work. This forum is not for DEI consultants, facilitators or educators.)

Given the need and interest in this support series, we are offering it again this fall of 2025.
This is a series meant to support and inspire organizational equity leaders. It’s an especially challenging time to be an equity leader, as the current polarized political climate and growing backlash—sometimes even legal restrictions—target DEI initiatives and protections. Through these sessions, we’ll offer ideas and invite information sharing so that we can move forward collectively rather than in isolation.
Each session will include thought leadership, group discussion and sometimes case scenarios. Our last series included equity leaders from key organizations and sectors across North America, and we anticipate this series will include the same. We hope through these sessions we can create a community of practice to support DEI work in these dangerous political times.
**Depending on interest, a follow-up series may be offered in Winter 2026.
Session Dates and Times:
- Monday, September 29th 2:30pm – 4 pm
- Thursday, October 23rd 2:30pm – 4pm
