This DEI Certification is a unique opportunity to develop organizational leadership skills with an explicit equity and inclusion focus, perfect for twenty-first century leaders and managers navigating complex environments with diverse teams.  Included are our four core award-winning leadership courses—Deep Diversity®, Authentic Management, Brave Conversations and Authentic Facilitation— integrating an DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) lens with leadership competencies.
