ACET Social Inclusion Survey New

Introduction to Survey

Anima Leadership has developed the ACET Social Inclusion Survey to help provide meaningful information about how people experience inclusion within the ACET community. This survey will offer valuable insight into where the organization sits on its social inclusion journey and will support the development of strategies that foster a welcoming and equitable environment. The survey should take about five to ten minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. If you choose to participate, you may skip any questions you prefer not to answer or end the survey at any time. If you do not submit the survey at the end, none of your responses will be included.

The ACET Social Inclusion Survey includes several commonly asked demographic questions such as age, ethnicity, gender, organizational position and years of service. These questions help create a basic understanding of the composition of the community, which is useful when developing inclusion strategies.

Although participation is voluntary, it would be most helpful if all ACET community members took part in the survey. Broader participation strengthens the reliability of the results. The data can assist in identifying strengths and opportunities, setting realistic goals, and shaping plans that support a more inclusive experience for everyone at ACET.

If you have any concerns or questions about the survey, you can message James Beaton at james@animaleadership.com. If you have questions about this project or ACET, contact Maia Hoeberechts at maiah@uvic.ca.
