Listening Session Recruitment
Welcome to the Anima Leadership Listening Sessions selection page. You are invited to participate in a listening session to better understand your needs and aspirations for the development of specific recommendations made in the Advancement EDI Task Force Report. Data collected from these sessions, facilitated by Anima Leadership, will only be reported in aggregate form with no personal identifying information included.
Below is a list of the available sessions and the scheduled times. Each session will run for approximately 90 minutes.
- Listening Session for the BIPOC community (People who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour/Bi-Racial)
Monday, June 10th, 2024 10:30 am - Listening Session Open to All (For employees of all identities)
Friday, June 14th, 2024 10:30 am - Listening Session for the 2SLGBTQ+ community (People who identify as 2-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or part of the wider 2SLBTQ+ community)
Monday September 9th, 2024 1 pm - Listening Session for employees with disabilities (People who identify as having a visible or invisible disability or disabilities)

Each listening session will be recorded to ensure accurate record-keeping. These recordings will only be accessible to the Anima Leadership team and will be deleted upon the project’s completion.

Please note that there are limited spots for participation. To ensure the richness of the conversation, we kept participant numbers per group between 8 and 12 employees. If we receive more interest than there are available spaces, we will keep a waitlist and follow-up should someone cancel.
