Welcome to the Focus Group sign-up page, hosted by Anima Leadership. You are invited to participate in a focus group to help better understand your Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) experiences at Canadian Tire Corporation, to help inform the next phase of the DIB strategy.

Please be assured that Anima Leadership keeps personal information shared during the focus groups confidential. Feedback gathered during this process will not be traceable to any one individual, and no personally identifiable information will be included in the final report.

Below is a list of the available focus groups and the scheduled times. Each focus group will run for approximately 90 minutes and will take place on Zoom.

• Focus group for the BIPOC community (People who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour/Bi-Racial)
  Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 2-4 pm EDT (12-2 pm MDT)
• Focus group for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community (People who identify as 2-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or part of the wider Queer community)
  Tuesday, April 29th, 2025 2-4 pm EDT (12-2 pm MDT)
• Focus group for those who identify as Women
  Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 2-4 pm EDT (12-2 pm MDT)
• Focus group for employees of all identities
  Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 2-4 pm EDT (12-2 pm MDT)

Each focus group session will be recorded to ensure accurate record-keeping. These recordings will only be accessible to the Anima Leadership team and will be deleted upon the project’s completion.

Please note that there are limited spots for participation. To ensure the richness of the conversation, we kept participant numbers per group between 8 and 12 employees. If we receive more interest than there are available spaces, we will keep a waitlist and follow-up should someone cancel.
