Anima Leadership has developed this assessment tool – the Deep Diversity® Leaders’ Snapshot – to help provide valuable information for leaders to assess where their organization sits on its equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) journey.
As previously noted, participation in this audit is both voluntary and anonymous. If you choose to participate you may skip any questions you do not want to answer or end the survey at any time.
The Deep Diversity® Leaders’ Snapshot also includes five commonly asked demographic questions: age, race, gender, organizational position and years of service. These will provide your organization with a basic understanding of the composition of its workforce – useful information when developing EDI strategies.
Although voluntary, it would be most beneficial if all leaders and employees participated in the brief survey, as this will improve the reliability of the results. The data may assist in identifying strengths and opportunities as well as establishing realistic EDI goals. Further, the information from the survey may facilitate the development of plans and strategies that could be used to improve the experience of your organization’s employees.
