Focus Group Recruitment – RMOW
Welcome to the Anima Leadership Focus Group selection page. You are invited to participate in a focus group to help better understand your Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) experiences at Resort Municipality of Whistler. Data collected from these focus groups, facilitated by Anima Leadership, will only be reported in aggregate form with no personal identifying information included.
Below is a list of the available focus groups and the scheduled times. Each focus group will run for approximately 90 minutes.
- Focus group for the BIPOC community (People who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour/Bi-Racial)
Tuesday, June 18th 2024 10 am (PST) - Focus group for the 2SLGBTQ+ community (People who identify as 2-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or part of the wider Queer community)
Tuesday, June 25th 2024 10 am (PST) - Focus group for employees of all identities
Wednesday, June 26th 2024 10 am (PST)
Each focus group session will be recorded to ensure accurate record-keeping. These recordings will only be accessible to the Anima Leadership team and will be deleted upon the project’s completion

Please note that there are limited spots for participation. To ensure the richness of the conversation, we kept participant numbers per group between 8 and 12 employees. If we receive more interest than there are available spaces, we will keep a waitlist and follow-up should someone cancel.
