Facilitation
Anima Leadership has experience facilitating both small and large group processes in diverse settings from small organizations to corporations. We are adept in politically sensitive as well as conflictual situations and skilled in bridging significant group differences.

Coaching
These sessions are designed to complement, reinforce and deepen the learning from Anima Leadership programs by supporting efforts to transform personal and external obstacles on the leadership journey. We offer an initial half-hour complimentary session for individuals or staff teams to assess whether there is a good fit for a coaching relationship.
