The health care sector is in the midst of great change: the Baby Boomers are retiring, ethno-cultural diversity is increasing with new waves of immigration, and the private sector is knocking loudly at the public services door. Furthermore, technology is rapidly changing everything from the range of services provided by health care facilities, to the time patients spend in hospitals, through to assisting the emergence of an internet-informed citizenry. All of this is happening in a political and economic context of increased demands of the health care sector with decreased resources. Anima Leadership offers unique programs that assist health care leaders in navigating this time of transition with focus areas in effective leadership, diversity and cultural competence as well as specific skill-building programs.
