This relational leadership approach is based on building stronger relationships with ourselves, and others with whom we work, by connecting to a deep sense of who we are and using this wisdom to guide our leadership choices. Addressing the unique challenges in today’s education systems, this program grounds you in the leadership basics of self-awareness and empathy, combined with skills training in problem-solving and conflict resolution, while renewing your sense of connection to the purpose underlying your work. Using a unique, holistic leadership model and transformational exercises, this program will cultivate Aligned Personal Functioning (APF) -- where there is greater integration between what you feel, think, say and do.
