The Anima Body-Leadership and Eating (ABLE) Program is a unique and life-changing course for any woman who is ready to step more fully into her potential by transforming her relationship to food, living more fully in her body and creating more nourishment in her life.

Anima Community Days
Anima Community Days are held every few months. This is an opportunity whereby community members can participate in our world-class leadership trainings on a donation basis. Our next community day will be in mid-March 2008 with a focus on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
